Gentle Yoga Session on 30.04.2021

Session will be led by John Grimes

John has been teaching yoga for 20 years and his focus is on gentle and therapeutic yoga. John holds the Yoga for Health Foundation general and remedial certificates and is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

We invite you to join us online via Zoom for a gentle yoga session from 10.30AM to 12.00PM. John's classes incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques combined with the gentle movement of yoga postures. The classes are gentle and designed for relaxation, de stressing and gentle stretching. It is not a strong physical workout and is very suitable for beginners or those who do not want a strenuous class.

This event is offered to all members of the Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET) and the cost of this event will be borne by the Trust. For further information please email [email protected]

Places on this event are limited and Registration closes on 29th April. Please note that if you are new to YHET you may be required to complete an additional online Health Questionnaire prior to attending the event. This is required for insurance purposes.

You will require Zoom set up on your PC, tablet or mobile device prior to the session. Full details on how to set this up will be sent to attendees prior to the event. Mobile phones are not suitable for these online sessions as the screen is too small.

You will require a yoga mat and any blocks or belts that you find helpful.
