We invite you to join us online via Zoom for a 3 hour workshop exploring Yoga and Digestion from 10.00AM to 1.00PM.

10.00AM to 11.00AM - Discussion - We'll work our way through the digestive tract from top to bottom; its basic workings and a yogic/ayurvedic perspective. If our discussion goes quickly, we'll do a nice relaxation before we break and if the discussion goes on, our hosts will keep us to time!

11.00AM to 11:30AM - Break to rest and digest on all levels!

11:30AM to 1.00PM  - A balanced yoga class with the theme of aiding digestion. Suitable for all.

The workshop qualifies as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for yoga teachers and certificates are available on request.
