GENTLE YOGA SESSION - ONLINE VIA ZOOM ON 3rd NOVEMBER 2020
Session will be led by Liz Brown
Liz is a Yoga for Health Foundation general hatha yoga teacher. A Birthlight perinatal yoga teacher. A ‘yoga for healthy lower backs’ teacher and a Yogacampus yoga therapist, certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and registered with the UK Complementary and Natural Health Council. She has been regularly practising yoga since 1990 and teaching since 2004. Liz's teaching is an eclectic amalgamation of modern Scaravelli-inspired, classical Hatha, Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga, with a touch of the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais.
We invite you to join us online via Zoom for a gentle yoga session from 10.00AM to 11.30AM.
This event is offered to all members of the Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET) and the cost of this event will be borne by the Trust. For further information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Places on this event are limited and Registration closes on 1st November. Please note that if you are new to YHET you may be required to complete an additional online Health Questionnaire prior to attending the event. This is required for insurance purposes.
You will require Zoom set up on your PC, tablet or mobile device prior to the session. Full details on how to set this up will be sent to attendees prior to the event. Mobile phones are not suitable for these online sessions as the screen is too small.
You will require a yoga mat and any blocks or belts that you find helpful.
