YOGA THERAPY SESSION - ONLINE VIA ZOOM ON 20th JANUARY 2021
Session will be led by Lisa Horwell
Lisa's yoga journey started in 1995 when she was in the grips of PTSD. Her first class allowed her to experience deep healing. This miracle made her realise she needed to develop a regular home practise. Lisa completed the BWY teaching diploma followed by a Pregnancy module with Wendy Teasdill. She has been teaching community group classes/pregnancy/post natal/children’s yoga in schools. She furthered her studies at Yoga Campus and qualified as a C-IAYT yoga therapist. Then with Nikki Meyer’s becoming a Y12SR leader for ‘yoga for addictions'. Alongside this she is a sound healer studying with gong master Don Conreaux.
