PRANA YOGA SESSION - ONLINE VIA ZOOM ON 24th APRIL 2021
Session will be led by Ceri Lee
Ceri has been teaching yoga professionally since 2001 and runs the Yoga Light Centre in Ruthin, North Wales. Her teacher training took place at the Yoga for Health Foundation in 2001–2002, and in India at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in 2001 & 2004. Through these schools she was certified to teach Remedial through to Advanced yoga.
We invite you to join us online via Zoom for a Prana yoga session from 10.00AM to 11.30AM. During this session Ceri will invite you to explore your breath and feel it flow with gentle yoga and meditation. Prana yoga brings the body and mind into balance, restoring energy whilst creating space to cultivate inner peace. Take time to slow down and breathe to leave feeling centred, aligned and a little lighter.
